So I've started this whole thing again. I gained the 10 pound I lost on the previous fast back real fast, so this is like starting over. I didn't want to post anything til day 4/5 because the first 4 days are always the hardest and you never know when you just won't be able to handle it anymore. So day 5, I might say I'm good now. Even though had a food binge dream yesterday and woke up horrified trying to figure you wether I ate the previous day.
Lost 13 lbs so far.
